i have seen a few people mention eating foods to help tame and mask scent. what are these foods called and does anyone know a vendor or chef on flurry curently selling them

I know Jawa Beer helps and that's an artisan drink. Not sure if there's one better in the Chef tree but you could always make an artisan feel useful by requesting some from them. :D

I think there is an almond cookie type of thing that adds to your taming skill too.

Almond cookies and jawa beer are both artisan made, along with pastebread, which is pet food that boosts your pet's stats ever so slightly. I had a friend who grinded artisan experience making tons of CH foods. Maybe you could find a fledgling artisan and offer to help them grind by dropping a flora farm and harvesting the grain, or the water, or the minerals to make the glasses, or something. Might be worth it all around :)

Yes, there are 4 kinds of pet only buff foods that I know of. Pastebread for action, Felbar for mind, Blap biscuit for health and Sweesonberry Rolls for all 3 at once.
