what is the actual max level a master ch can use

i mastered ch the other day and it says i can have max level 70
but i saw a level 76 kimo dragon on a vendor
how is that possible to use if i can only use a level 70 pet

Bio Eng can make higher than 70 pets, they just arent good for much, that may have been what you saw...

Sampling DNA from them I guess, or putting them somewhere as decoration.

sorry to sound snippy but YOU CANNOT RAISE THE MAX LVL OF PETS THAT YOU CAN CONTROL!!!! stop asking, you cant, everyone has been asking this on this site for a few months now and its kind of annoying.
lvl 70 is the max, now end this pointless debate.
