Can't help ya sorry, this has been a known bug since the CU/ Nerf.

Only Sony can fix it, when they choose to. It has been 3 weeks...

Publish 17 (now on Test Center) notes list this as fixed. Usually it takes a few weeks for these to move to Live, but it is addressed.

Creature Handler XP not going up??
