It looks like an old-style pet deed to me. From before the last BE-revamp. Kimos from those deeds were untamable. They probably still aren't, and I'm not sure if you can even get DNA from it (Only the Maker knows what you would end up with if you could).
More than likely it would only be useful as a statue.
