Miscalculation on Creature Detail?

Looking at the Additional Information box for Creature Detail on a rancor, the following information is listed:
HAM: 11300
Eff vs Energy: 32286
Eff vs Kinetic: 32286
How are those numbers for Eff vs (Dam) calculated?
From the listing on that page, a rancor has 30% resists to both kinetic and energy and an armor rating of light. If those numbers are supposed to represent how many raw points of damage you need to do to kill the creature, then the values listed are wrong. If you need to do 32286 points of damage to come out with 11300 damage actually taken, then a rancor's resists would be closer to 65%.
I'm new to this site and I didn't see anything listed explaining what these numbers are supposed to be, so if my assumptions here are wrong please let me know.
If I am right in my assumptions, what is the correct way to calculate these numbers?
If a creature resists 30% of the damage, then 70% gets through. So here's a word problem (gack! 7th grade algebra!! :P ) for you ... 11300 is 70% of what?
11300 = 0.70 * X
or
X = 11300/0.70
X = 16143
If the on-page data is generated by pulling resists and HAM values from a database, the formula you would need make this calculation is:
EffectiveHAM = HAM / [(100 - Resist) / 100]
Then again, the values change again depending on the Armor Piercing rating of the weapon used and the Armor rating of the creature, but that's another story....
