Where the heck are Greater Gulginaws?!

I can't seem to find the buggers anywhere! I've been looking all over Corellia and Talus. Can anybody offer some hints to find one?

Hmm dunno, Only ever seen devil guls on talus....level 18 ranged attack resists mostly 15 across the boards.
