Pets in Camps

Postby Dalmuti » Fri Feb 20, 2004 11:05 am

Hi there,

First post, so please go easy on me.

I'm currently a Ranger so can produce some rather sturdy camps with a solid heal bonus.

I was wondering if pets can heal in camps like characters can?

If so, is it at the same rate, or different?

Thanks,

Dalmuti

If pets get a bonus, it is so miniscule as to be negligable.

It happens to be a pet desire of the Ranger correspondent N'Raas that pets, including faction pets, receive a sizable healing boost while in camp. A recent redesign document was submitted by the Ranger community and things like this will hopefully be considered by the devs.

Having a doctor buff their constitution and stamina is a great alternative for now. Your pet will visibly regenerate their health and action. Against a single sharnaff lair my pet will finish with 1/3 health normally. With these buffs, my pet will have zero HAM loss when we are done.

Buffs on pets go away if they are stored, so be aware of that if you want to do this.
