Mission lairs scale the creatures to the level of the person/group. For example: wild bolle bols on Naboo are level 14, but I can take bolle bol missions which will give me level 78-82 bolle bols.
As far as I know there are no normal Brakasets. Someone probably got a BE one and put it into the database, hence the level 26.
The kinds of wild Brakaset are Male (CL65), Female (CL63), Surefoot (CL65), and Lowland (Non-CH mountable, level 10)
